Making a difference in the life of Ottawa’s seniors through organic gardening and horticultural therapy has brilliant short-term and long-term results.
Our donors enable Ottawa’s seniors to grow their own nutritious food and learn sustainable growing practices. Our winter horticultural therapy programs lessen social isolation. The support we receive goes directly to funding the purchases of organic seeds and seedlings as well as gardening supplies. We empower our gardeners, enrich their diets, and enhance their mental and physical well-being. We cannot do this without donors to sustain us.
